The Anjoy® website is reserved for a public composed of Consumer Users, (hereinafter also referred to as "Customer" or "Customers") understood as natural persons who, in relation to the purchase of Products, are acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out.
Use of the website is reserved for customers who have reached the age of 18. We therefore invite those who are not yet of this age not to register, and instead to be assisted by their parent/guardian.
The Anjoy® website is dedicated to B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales activity, for which the indiscriminate collection of information through automated tools (so-called web scraping) is expressly forbidden. Joyce Canova reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its rights.
Under no circumstances may the Customer alter, change, modify or adapt the Site, nor the material made available by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova
Communications
Following a purchase, the customer may receive transactional communications from Anjoy® by Joyce Canova such as order acknowledgement, invoice issuance, and further communications as part of the after-sales service.
During registration, and within their own private area, the user has the option of deciding whether or not to give their consent to subscribe to the newsletter, containing information produced by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova and concerning news and curiosities about the Anjoy® brand, also with a promotional character of products.
At any time, by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each newsletter ("If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click here"), the Customer may request not to receive further invitations to participate in sales and business proposals on the Site.
The contents of the Site are written in Italian.
Registration
Customers are given the option of registering on the Site, creating their own account after having read the Privacy Policy and clicking on the "My Account" box on the Site's header page.
Registration on the Site is free of charge. To register, the User must complete the registration form, entering the required data (First Name, Last Name, address, date and place of birth, telephone and e-mail contact details) and a password, (also referred to as "Registration Credentials"). After completing the data entry, and giving confirmation, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the link with which to finalise the registration, confirming that the email address provided has been verified.
Use of the account is reserved exclusively for the User and may not be transferred to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration credentials, and you agree to notify Anjoy® di Joyce Canova without delay if you suspect any misuse of your registration credentials or account. Registration Credentials may be changed by the Customer at any time in the Customer's private area or through the password recovery function.
You are solely responsible for accessing the Site using your Registration Credentials and are liable to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova or any third party for any damage or harm you cause to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova or any third party as a result of your breach of these Terms or the law due to misuse, loss, misappropriation by a third party or your failure to maintain proper confidentiality of your Registration Credentials.
All operations carried out through the account, and the Registration Credentials are considered to have been carried out by the Customer to whom they refer.
The Customer warrants that the information provided during the Site registration process is complete, correct and true. In the event that false statements are made, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, after formal and unaccepted invitation for self-correction, has the right to delete the account.
Only one registration per user is possible. Multiple registrations will be subject to cancellation.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, the registration of any user. Anjoy® di Joyce Canova also reserves the right not to accept orders, from anyone, which are anomalous in relation to the quantity of the Products purchased or the frequency of purchases made on the Site, as well as in relation to the improper or suspicious use of vouchers/discount codes.
You may at any time cancel your registration to the Site via the appropriate section in the private area or by sending an e-mail to anjoyfashion@anjoy.it with the subject 'Account cancellation [name-surname]'. Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to verify the applicant's identity.
Fundamental Provisions
Customers are given the option to register on the Site by creating their own account after reading the Privacy Policy and clicking on the appropriate The following conditions apply to all contracts concluded by Customers with Anjoy® by Joyce Canova within its e-commerce.
As a Customer, understood as a natural person who, in relation to the purchase of Products, is acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the so-called Consumer Code) and its subsequent amendments and additions shall apply.
In order to conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more Products present on the Site, the Customer must fill in an order form in electronic format and send it to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, electronically, following the instructions which will appear from time to time while browsing and which will accompany him/her through the different phases of the purchase.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the Customer may identify and correct any errors in data entry by following the instructions indicated on the Site from time to time and which will accompany the different stages of the purchase; once the order form has been registered, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova will send the Customer, to the e-mail address indicated, an e-mail confirming the purchase, information relating to the characteristics of the Products purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the shipping costs and any additional costs. It is recommended to keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase or to store it on a durable medium.
The order form will be stored in Joyce Canova's Anjoy® database for the time required to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law. To access their order form, the Customer can consult the "My Account" section of the Site, where they will find a list of all orders placed.
Subject matter of the contract and its conclusion
The object of the contract is the sale of goods on the Site. The sale takes place on Italian territory.
The publication of a product on the Site represents an offer to the public, for which the Customer expresses his or her interest in purchasing it by placing it in the online shopping cart.
The online shopping cart system allows the customer to collect in a single order the products selected while browsing via the 'add to cart' function. As long as the order is not finalised, the user has the option of freely modifying his or her cart by adding or removing products.
Before the order is sent, it will be possible to check and change the data entered in the order overview one last time or to abort the order.
By sending the order via the appropriate button ('buy now' or similar depending on the page the user is on), he confirms his legally binding acceptance of the offer, thus concluding the contract.
The order is finalised following the user's completion of contact and payment details, acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, and acknowledgement of the privacy policy.
The processing of the order and the transmission of all information necessary for the conclusion of the contract takes place by e-mail in a partially automated manner. We recommend that you check that your e-mail address is entered correctly and that you check your junk mail folder if applicable.
The Products shall remain the property of Anjoy® di Joyce Canova until they are delivered.
Prices and payment methods
If an instant payment method is used (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Satispay) you will be guided through the payment service procedure.
The price of the Products may be changed without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the Customer shall be the price published on the product sheet at the time the order form is transmitted.
Promotional offers published on the Site may be of limited duration and may be available in limited quantities. Orders received after the expiry of the promotion or when stocks are exhausted will be processed by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova with reservation, if necessary notifying the Customer of the impossibility of proceeding.
All prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The price of delivery charges are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. This amount will be shown separately on the order form prior to submission and on the order confirmation e-mail.
Anjoy® by Joyce Canova will only process the purchase order once it has received payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs, and any additional costs, as indicated on the order form.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or with whom disputes are pending.
Delivery
Deliveries are made within the Italian territory to the postal address indicated by the Customer in the order form. It is understood that the shipping address is considered to be the address indicated by the Customer in the order form and that this cannot be changed in any way after completion of the purchase process.
The Customer is solely responsible for the address provided for shipment. In order to avoid fraud, the delivery carrier reserves the right to check the identity of the Customer by checking an identity document, which proves the coincidence of the order and payment details. For the same purpose, it is necessary for the Customer to provide a telephone number - preferably a mobile telephone number - that may possibly be used during the transaction or shipment, as well as the name on the intercom or bell at the delivery address.
Shipping and delivery times are those indicated on the "Shipping" page or, if different, during the purchase process. In the event that a specific delivery time is not indicated, it shall take place no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the order is placed.
Delivery is deemed completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
The costs of the ordinary delivery service can be found on the 'Shipping' page and are indicated, in each case, when completing the order form. The first delivery attempt is made without prior notice and under no circumstances can delivery by appointment be arranged with either Anjoy® by Joyce Canova or the carrier. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the addressee at the specified address, the carrier will leave a card to certify the delivery attempt with instructions for the customer to contact the carrier the same day and request a further delivery attempt. At the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the shipment shall be kept in storage at the carrier's premises for 10 (ten) days from the time it is placed in storage, within which time the Customer must collect the shipment directly. Should this further delivery attempt be unsuccessful or should the Customer fail to collect the products at the carrier's premises within the above-mentioned terms, the sales contract shall be considered terminated in accordance with art. 1456 c.c. and the Customer shall lose the right to delivery of the Product, which shall be sent back to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova. The Company shall have the right to retain the Product upon reimbursement of the amount paid to the Customer net of the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product as well as the costs of return, custody and management of the file eventually incurred by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties; however, it is understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delay in crediting the refund that is caused by the Customer's means of payment management system, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's bank or the Customer's bank.

The Company shall have the right to keep the Product after reimbursement of the amount paid to the Customer net of the expenses of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product as well as the expenses of the return, custody and management of the file eventually sustained by Anjoy di Joyce Canova.
The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties; however, it is understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delay in crediting the refund that is caused by the Customer's means of payment management system, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's bank or the Customer's bank.
The latter shall be entitled to retain the Product upon reimbursement of the amount paid by the Customer net of the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product as well as the costs of returning, storing and handling the file possibly incurred by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail. The refund amount shall be credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties; however, it is understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delays in crediting the refund that depend on the management system of the means of payment used by the Customer, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's bank or the Customer's bank.
In the event of delivery hindrances due to force majeure, such as delivery personnel strikes and road blocks, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova cannot be held liable in any way.
In the event that the Product is not delivered or is delivered late, the Customer may submit a complaint to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova by e-mail to the e-mail address on the contact page indicating the order number as stated in the order confirmation e-mail and the date of the order, as well as the invoice details if the invoice has been issued. Anjoy® di Joyce Canova will examine the complaint and communicate the outcome to the Customer as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the complaint was made. If it appears that the non-delivery or delay in delivery is attributable to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova and is not due to the impossibility of delivery previously settled, fortuitous event or force majeure:
In case one or more products are not in perfect condition because they have been damaged during transport, the Customer is obliged to report the event, sending photographic documentation proving the damage, within 3 (three) days from the delivery of the products, by contacting Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's Customer Service by phone at +39 351 48 82 868 or by e-mail at anjoyfashion@anjoy.it. Following the appropriate verifications, with the support of the photographic material sent by the Customer proving the damage of the Products, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova undertakes to replace such Products with a new supply or, if this is not possible, to reimburse their amount; it is understood that, upon receipt of delivery, the Customer is obliged to verify the integrity and quantity of the goods received in the presence of the carrier, immediately contesting and reporting any tampering, deformation, damage or alteration found, noting it on the delivery receipt and, if necessary, rejecting the delivery; in the case of intact packaging, the Customer shall sign the delivery receipt, indicating the wording "we accept subject to control" in the space provided for notes, so as to reserve the right to verify the integrity and quantity of the goods received at a later date. Damaged products must be returned to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova at the Customer's expense within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, and in any case according to the arrangements for collection which the Customer will make by contacting Customer Service by telephone on +39 351 48 82 868 or by e-mail by writing to the e-mail address: anjoyfashion@anjoy.it. Only if the Customer complies with the above procedures will Anjoy® di Joyce Canova replace the damaged products with a new supply or, if this is not possible, refund the amount. The refund amount, including return shipping costs, will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer or by voucher at the Customer's discretion. It is understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delays in crediting the refund which are caused by the Customer's payment system, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's bank or the Customer's bank. This does not affect the Customer's ability to take up current commercial offers.
The Customer who has purchased Products through the web site has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by the Customer or a third party - other than the delivery carrier - specifically designated by the Customer during the purchase process of the Product supplied - meaning the date of delivery of the last product, in case the Products supplied are delivered within more than one delivery. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to inform Anjoy® di Joyce Canova of his decision to withdraw from the contract concluded with it by means of an explicit declaration in any form, addressed by e-mail to the address: anjoyfashion@anjoy.it or sent to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, Via Bardonecchia, 20 - 10099 San Mauro Torinese (Turin). In this declaration, the Customer must in any case indicate the order number as given in the order confirmation e-mail and the date of the order, as well as the data relating to the invoice if this has been issued. The Customer must return to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova by direct delivery or shipment, using a carrier of the Customer's choice and at the Customer's own expense, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, the purchased Products, together with any accessories. The Customer shall return the Products to the following address: Anjoy® di Joyce Canova - Via Bardonecchia 20 - 10099 San Mauro Torinese (Torino).
The term is respected if the Customer returns the Product before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. For any information, please contact via Whatsapp Anjoy® di Joyce Canova at 351 48 82 868 or by e-mail at: anjoyfashion@anjoy.it constitutes a necessary condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal the substantial integrity of the Products to be returned. The Products shall be returned in a perfect state of resale, undamaged and never used. The original packaging and price tags must not have been compromised, and the items must be shipped in their original condition in a protective package suitable for transport, possibly using the arrival box.
For hygienic reasons, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova does not accept returns of goods that have already been used, even partially. In addition, return requests resulting from inappropriate use or improper maintenance cannot be taken into consideration.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is not required that the goods to be returned be insured against theft and accidental transport damage. However, since the risk inherent in the return of goods is borne by the purchaser, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova invites the purchaser who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at his or her own expense, the shipment for the value indicated in the e-mail confirming the purchase order.
Subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall proceed to refund the cost of the products paid by the Customer without undue delay and in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date Anjoy® di Joyce Canova became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the Product or until Customer's proof of return of the Product, whichever is earlier.
The refund amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer or by voucher, at the Customer's discretion.
It is also understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delays in crediting the refund depending on the Customer's payment method management system, the bank used by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova or the Customer's bank. This does not affect the Customer's ability to take up current commercial offers.
The right of withdrawal is excluded if the sale concerns custom-made or customised products.
The purchase of products on Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's ecommerce is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (c.d. Garanzia Legale) provided for in articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code. The Legal Warranty applies to all purchases made on Joyce Canova's Anjoy® by Consumer Customers only, covering conformity defects which manifest themselves within 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the goods to the Consumer Customer. To qualify for the Legal Warranty, the Customer must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods.
The description of the Products offered on the Site has been prepared by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova to provide the Customer with sufficient information to evaluate the Product. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only; Products may differ from what is depicted. The images and colours of the Products published on the Site may differ from the actual Products due to the local settings of the systems and/or tools used to display them. Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be liable for any mismatch between the Product ordered and the Product description on the Web Site if the mismatch results from errors in the description attributable to the supplier and of which Anjoy® di Joyce Canova was not and could not have been aware through the use of normal diligence.
In order to benefit from the Legal Warranty, the Customer has the burden of reporting the conformity defect by writing to the e-mail address anjoyfashion@anjoy.it or by contacting Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's Customer Service by telephone on +39 351 48 82 868.
Products with non-conforming defects must be returned, at the Customer's expense, to Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, who will check for their presence. In case the defects are detected Anjoy® di Joyce Canova undertakes to repair or replace, without additional costs, the Products with a new supply or, if this is not possible, to refund the amount of the purchased products; the eventual refund will be communicated by e-mail and credited by the same means of payment used by the Customer or by voucher, at Customer's discretion. It is understood that Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall not be held responsible for any delay in crediting the refund which is caused by the Customer's payment system, Anjoy® di Joyce Canova's bank or the Customer's bank. This does not affect the Customer's ability to take up current commercial offers.
Products that have been repaired, modified or in any way altered by the Customer are excluded from the Legal Warranty. Also excluded from the scope of application of the Legal Warranty are any defects caused by accidental events, by the Customer's liability, or by the improper and incorrect use of the Product.
Conventional warranties relating to the Products sold are those provided directly by the manufacturer.
The consumer customer is not entitled to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the operation of the Site for the time strictly necessary for the technical interventions necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of the services offered.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova may, at any time, interrupt the service if there are justified reasons (security reasons or breach of confidentiality or whatever), in which case the Customer shall be informed.
Modification of the terms of sale and/or termination of the sale on the Site.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to change the manner in which the Products are sold on the Site and/or to stop selling Products on the Site.
Anjoy® di Joyce Canova shall in no way be liable to the Customer or third parties for such changes and/or if the sale of the Products on the Site ceases.
Anjoy® by Joyce Canova offers the possibility, at its sole discretion, to receive discount vouchers. Discount vouchers may be distributed by Anjoy® di Joyce Canova to its actual or potential customers for promotional or commercial purposes, in electronic or printed form, either directly or through partner companies. By way of example, discount vouchers may be granted at the time of registration or following registration and the first purchase of a new customer. Discount vouchers entitle the recipient to access the discount associated with them, subject to the limits described for each individual voucher.
The validity and value of the voucher are specified when the voucher is issued. In the case of vouchers offered by Anjoy® by Joyce Canova in connection with a specific offer, these vouchers may not be used for other offers. In any case, discount vouchers must be used by the expiry date specified at the time of issue.
Discount vouchers are neither transferable nor assignable. Discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash nor does interest accrue on them.
Discount vouchers cannot be used to settle shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
Anjoy® by Joyce Canova reserves the right not to accept discount vouchers for orders below a minimum amount specified when issuing the voucher.
In the event that the amount of the voucher exceeds the amount of the purchase, Anjoy® by Joyce Canova will not refund or re-credit the remaining amount to the Customer.
If the Customer's order exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference in amount may be settled by the Customer using normal means of payment.
Anjoy® by Joyce Canova reserves the right to accept only one discount voucher per order.
In the event of returns following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, coupons will not be refundable.
Discount vouchers can only be used before the order process is completed. It will not be possible to redeem them at a later date.
The General Conditions and the contracts of sale of the Products pursuant to them are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Judicial Authority of Turin, with the exception of disputes with Consumers, which shall be settled by the Judicial Authority of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer-Client.
Alternative Dispute Resolution is the term used to describe all the different ways of resolving a dispute, excluding legal means: typically a third party above the parties is used to act as an intermediary between the Seller and the Buyer.

Anjoy® di Joyce Canova reserves the right to modify the Site and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. At any time to offer new products or services or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
The Customer shall be subject to the policies and terms of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time the Customer orders products from Anjoy® di Joyce Canova, unless any changes are required by applicable law or authority (in which case they may also apply to Orders the Customer has previously placed). Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.
Any amendments and/or additions shall be effective from the date of their publication on the Site and may be consulted at any time on the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use page of the Site.
